Zenfolio | Don Blodger Photography | About

At the age of 10, I was given my first camera and, ever since, photography has occupied at least some portion of my life.  Now, with more time available and much better and more expensive equipment, I am growing and thriving in what used to be just a sport.

No matter how many times I have strayed and explored other types of photography, I keep coming back to one and it is where I am most at home.  It is photojournalism.  Today, I continue to hone my craft in travel, real estate & event photography, along with submitting photo essays and articles to travel magazines.  And with 10 grandchildren, I have also become quite skilled at family photography.
